What’s The Dream You’re Not Allowing?

We can start from anywhere and you will experience shifts in your perceptions of your limitations that will allow you to move forward to where you want to go. Let us help you live your best life!!

I’m a Certified Co-Active Life Coach trained by the Coaches Training Institute. This model (co-active coaching,) allows client and coach to work together as equals on the path to your success.

As your coach, here are examples of how I can support you:

  • Facilitate the exploration of values, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes to assist you in making real, lasting change.
  • Work with you to develop a road map to your goals
  • Provide challenges and help with brainstorming
  • Provide the structure needed to help you stay in Action
  • Apply tools and techniques which may include deep listening, breathing and centering or guided meditations
  • Witness your achievements and hold you accountable
  • Believe in you!

My experience includes working with people interested in changing careers, starting new ventures, creating new habits or practices and just living fuller bigger lives. My clients are entrepreneurs, executives, coaches, artists, students and activists. Some of these folks, like myself may also identity as foster youth, adoptees and/or identify as members of the LBGTQIA+ communities.

Over the past year, I’ve had the honor of helping folks discover and or deepen their spiritual paths, intentions or interests. My coach training allows me to easily expand into one of my life-long dreams of Spiritual Coaching, though I had no name for it until this year. I look forward to discovering how I can help those interested in exploring, expanding and/or deepening their Spiritual practices as well.

  3. Dear Fresh,

Are you looking for clients to do sample sessions in exchange for (true, positive) feedback? If so, I would love to do that. Congratulations on forging your path.

    Elizabeth

  4. Hey, Fresh!
This looks very promising. Please let me know how I can sign up. The initial challenge will be picking only one of a very long list of things I’d like to change in my life. 🙂

  5. i really appreciate the opportunity to talk through some of the places where my brain gets stuck in a panic loop. you were supportive, friendly, calm, good at accurately reflecting back the things you heard me say, and made simple suggestions that feel possible to implement. i liked being asked to imagine how something might feel, steering me away from ideas of what i “should” do, towards the possibility of feeling satisfied with what i’ve managed to do. thank you so much!
