References and Resources

Taking affirmative steps that move you forward in your life may mean you need a coach who is not me so I will list here recommendations for other coaches and resources as I build my practice and this site.

Many of my references will be personal and  there are no one size fits all coaches or services.  I will not be posting comments or recommendations on coaches or services. This page is for folks who are interested in coaching but don’t think I’d be a good fit for them. It’s totally free and you can feel free to let the references know you found them here.

Happy Coaching!

Dewey Schott – Next Step Coaching

http://www.next-step-consulting.net/AboutMe.html

Here is some of how Dewey describes himself: I am passionate about helping leaders soar to new heights. I like to think of myself as part punk, part mystic, and part organizational development nerd. I have over sixteen years of experience working in the social and cultural sectors specializing in capacity building and leadership development. Through both my private coaching practice and my role as Senior Manager of Leadership Services for NAMAC, a national service organization for arts organizations, my work focuses on helping people stretch into their leadership potential, build peer networks, develop healthy life/work practices, and create more effective organizations.
