About Us

Fresh! White is a Certified Professional Co-Active Life Coach, writer, speaker and facilitator. As Principal of Affirmative Acts Coaching, Fresh! enjoys working with people from all walks of life including artists, students, nonprofit professionals, activists and other Life Coaches. Fresh! works with clients to create fuller and richer experiences by helping them to reach their goals, develop new skills or habits, create new work, or simply living their dreams in larger ways.

Fresh! has the honor to be a coach for members of the Brown Boi Project, a racial and gender justice project focused on young masculine identified individuals and is part of the LeaderSpring team of coaches, offering capacity building to nonprofit Executive Directors. Fresh! is also a core coach with Prism Coaching, a group which provides culturally-aware coaching formed around the concept that understanding cultural experiences profoundly affects and strengthens clients in the coaching process.

Fresh! is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institutes (CTI) Leadership Program, a year-long comprehensive program that builds leadership, facilitation and communication skills . Fresh! practices his leadership skills when speaking, presenting or facilitating LBGTQQI anti-violence and “Getting to Know Us” discussions, as an individual consultant or as a volunteer with both The San Francisco Speaker’s Bureau and Marin’s Spectrum Center’s Speakers Bureau. Fresh! is also a certified Speaker for Out & Equal, an organization committed to ending discrimination for LBGTQ employees.

* This is our puppy Sophie! She was born in December and came to us in May!

* Hevenu Shalom Alechem! – No I’m not Jewish but I but because of where I grew up, took Hebrew in 8th grade in NYC along with Italian and Spanish a year later.

* After 20 years in Northern CA, I still consider myself a New Yorker

* I stay up late some nights and listen for owls

* My diverse community includes a few Republicans

* I’m a big fan of my partner Jen Cross, All of my friends, and everyone who lives from their hearts towards their dreams!

* I’m looking forward to visiting Ireland with my partner in the next couple of years
