Dear Fresh,
Are you looking for clients to do sample sessions in exchange for (true, positive) feedback? If so, I would love to do that. Congratulations on forging your path.

Hey, Fresh!
This looks very promising. Please let me know how I can sign up. The initial challenge will be picking only one of a very long list of things I’d like to change in my life.

i really appreciate the opportunity to talk through some of the places where my brain gets stuck in a panic loop. you were supportive, friendly, calm, good at accurately reflecting back the things you heard me say, and made simple suggestions that feel possible to implement. i liked being asked to imagine how something might feel, steering me away from ideas of what i “should” do, towards the possibility of feeling satisfied with what i’ve managed to do. thank you so much!
